Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures; managing employee benefits and welfare programs; handling personnel management matters; assisting with recruitment processes; ensuring compliance with regulations; and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role also involves close collaboration with team members and leaders to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and the principles of HR policies.
• Expertise in HR Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and the ability to manage benefits administration effectively.
• Experience in Personnel Management, including performance appraisal systems and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and ensuring regulatory compliance in HR practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within fast-paced or technology-driven sectors.
